2boys.tv (Montreal)

Based in Montreal, 2boys.tv consists of the transdisciplinary duo Stephen Lawson and Aaron Pollard. Together they have created and toured, nationally and internationally, a wide repertoire of epic multimedia cabaret works, performances, videos and installations.

Individually and collectively their video art works and short cabaret performances have been presented in clubs, galleries, museums, theatres and festivals across North America as well as in Europe. In 2007, 2boys.tv premiered an elaborate installation work for la Biennale de Montréal and the same work will be presented again this spring at the international theatre festival TransAmérique (Montreal). The duo has also created small and large-scale performance interventions for the Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art, the Power Plant and the Scotiabank Nuit Blanche festival in Toronto.

The duo will showcase their creation boutiqueARCADE, a fascinating installation which will show you unknown images of Montreal, during the 2009 edition of our festival.
