Since its inception, the EIM has offered Les Siestes Musicales to the public as an innovative way to hear music, readings and singing dependant upon the year… according to a concept that allows a wide availability of listening: lounging in a deck chair, lying on mats and cushions on the grass, etc. Les Siestes Musicales invites you to relax and discover emerging and exciting forms of music, performed live by musicians situated in the heart of the public space. A place for creation and discovery, Les Siestes Musicales allows the public to hear renowned musicians performing new pieces, or to discover them for the first time. These “musical naps” take place in a permanent fashion throughout the afternoon. This year’s musicians include: The National Parcs, Lo Griyo, Forestare and Olivier Girouard.
