Boris Vian - poem recital

Half a century has past since Boris Vian’s death (1929-1959), multidisciplinary genius, at the same time writer, engineer, lyricist, composer, jazz critic, musician, artistic director and poet, who’s novels and songs still remain classical. For the fiftieth anniversary, de Saval, a Montreal singer of Swiss origin, has created a show intitled “La Zizique à Boris Vian” that he presents across the province of Quebec.
During the Escales Improbables, de Saval will come, as one of the festival’s traditions, recite poems and texts of the prolific Vian. Funny texts, cynical, committed, delicate, disgusting or absurd who’ll give rhythm to the naps of the Escales Improbables bringing us into the universe sometimes realistic, sometimes ludicrous, of the visionary who was Vian, whose work of art is forever essential.
